Alice White MRICS

Alice graduated from the Royal Agricultural College in 2007 with a degree in Rural Land Management and became a Chartered Surveyor in 2010.
She began her career selling village and rural properties at Carter Jonas in Chippenham, before moving to Knight Frank in Cirencester, where she spent 10 years specialising in country houses across Wiltshire and South Gloucestershire.

Alice lives with her husband and three young children on their arable and beef farm between Swindon and Marlborough, giving her a unique perspective on rural life and local communities.

With her extensive experience as both a Chartered Surveyor and former selling agent, Alice combines professional expertise with in-depth local knowledge. She is highly regarded for her integrity, discretion, and personalised service, ensuring every client receives expert guidance and support when buying property in Wiltshire, the Cotswolds, Hampshire, West Berkshire, and the Vale of White Horse.

Lucinda Prince MRICS

Lucinda has over 19 years’ experience advising clients on property transactions and has been working in the local property market since graduating in 2006. She began her career at Strutt & Parker, where she spent five years, before joining Savills for nine years, ultimately becoming Head of the Residential Department, specialising in country houses, farms, and estates.

Based in Salisbury for many years, Lucinda has an intimate knowledge of Wiltshire, Hampshire, and Dorset, and maintains an extensive network of contacts across the region. Her passion for property and deep understanding of the market ensures that she leaves no stone unturned in finding the perfect home for each client.

Outside of White Prince Property Finders, Lucinda is a director of her family farming business and a busy mum of two. She has been around horses all her life and is a keen breeder of gundogs, bringing the same dedication and care to her clients as she does to her personal pursuits.
