What We Do

The Search

  • On meeting with you we will get a detailed understanding of what you are looking for. This can range from a broad search criteria to something very specific. We can also offer help and advice on narrowing down your search requirements if needed.
  • Once we feel that we fully understand what you are looking for we will get to work using our database of contacts and our local knowledge to search for suitable properties. This includes properties that are both publicly and privately available.
  • We will view potential properties and arrange viewings on your behalf. We can liaise with other professionals such as surveyors, builders etc if further information is required before submitting an offer on suitable houses.
  • We will carry out many background checks on the properties to ensure there are no hidden issues which would later become apparent.

The Negotiation

  • Most importantly, we are here to ensure that you are getting the right property at the right price.
  • By using a buying agent that is known and trusted by the selling agents you are already putting yourself ahead of some of the competition. We have worked with many of the selling agents previously and with this relationship comes trust. Unlike many other buying agencies we are completely independent. We are not owned or affiliated to any selling agency. This ensures that you are receiving completely independent advice and that your best interests are our only priority.

Legals

  • Agreeing the sale is often the easy part. Ensuring that the purchase goes smoothly from acceptance of your offer to completion is often when our hard work really starts. Our experience enables us to ensure that this process runs as smoothly, and as close to your preferred timescales, as possible.

Completion

  • We will carry out a pre completion check on your behalf to ensure the house is handed over to you as you were expecting.
