Lucinda helped me buy my current house and I definitely wouldn’t or couldn’t have done it without her. We had looked everywhere for the perfect property but there was always something that didn’t quite suit so when Lucinda saw a dilapidated house with planning consent to knock down and re-build she gave me the confidence to go for it. With the market at the moment and the best places often going to best and finals so quickly, it is essential to have first viewings within days, and Alice aided this perfectly.
