That much we had expected, although it went faster and more smoothly than we had hoped. Getting in touch with Alice was undoubtedly the best decision we made! She is incredibly conscientious, hardworking and straight talking.
We were moving to a new area so the knowledge she brought of the area, and her little black book was priceless. We were the first to look round our perfect new house, she took care of all negotiations and keeping everything on track (which had to be rescued on a few occasions!).
